Peter Rogal has over 43 years of experience in the military, high-tech electronics and medical device industries as a “C” level executive and serial entrepreneur.  Peter began his career at defense contractor Lockheed Sanders in 1980 and since then he was the founder, equity partner and sales/marketing executive of defense electronics firm Dynaco Corp.  He was a majority shareholder of Comtel Electronics, a military printed circuit board and electro-mechanical assembly company.  In 1996, Comtel and Dynaco were sold to Palomar Corporation. He next founded Comtel Security Systems, in Tustin, CA, the sole licensee for McDonnell Douglas’ MIDOCS tri-service encryption system. Comtel Security Systems was subsequently sold to a series of private investors. Peter next joined Gold Circuit Electronics Ltd, a manufacturer of high volume commercial and industrial printed circuit boards, as President. 

Gold Circuit Electronics Ltd has become one of the largest and most respected suppliers of printed circuit boards in the world. Since 1998, Mr. Rogal has been the CEO of Gold Circuit Electronics Global Sales and Services LLC with annual revenues in excess of $1B USD.

Peter serves as a Director and Business Advisor for several highly differentiated emerging technology medical device companies in the United States, the EU and Asia. 

Peter received his BS in Economics and Political Science from Ithaca College. He is actively involved in various international, national and local charities that promote the welfare of veterans and their families. Peter, presently resides in Sarasota, Florida and Rochester, Vermont.
